Arguments

Breakfast
good for
Filling you up before school so you have more energy and body fuel to learn.
Waking you up in the morning and getting you ready to go for whatever your doing.
You can get healthy breakfast like special k and muesli and it can keep you nice and skinny.

Bad for
It can waste your time in the morning when your rushing to get somewhere
You can get very unhealthy breakfast like some people eat pies in the morning
